Reading competition in Mwanga, Tanzania

Three elementary schools in Mwanga competed against each other to test their reading skills. The tension was palpable: the Kawawa Primary School team solved the reading comprehension tasks with the utmost concentration. In addition to reading comprehension, the program also included free recitation in front of a large group – which the children mastered with impressive confidence. In the end, the winners from Relijuu Primary School, our partner school, cheered.
