In this three-year project, PROBONO is collaborating with the renowned Ugandan organization Raising Voices. Its program, “The Good School Kit,” raises awareness of children's rights among teachers, school administrators, parents, and students and trains them in positive discipline methods. The focus is on nonviolent classrooms, equality, and participation.

This creates structures for sustainable child protection. At the end of the project, the results will be evaluated with schools, parents, authorities, and local partners and made available for further dissemination. The project thus makes an important contribution to a non-violent, fair, and future-oriented school culture in Uganda. It also opens up better opportunities for education and a self-determined life for thousands of children and young people.
